Philosophy and Motivation of Website

How the website came about:

1. Working within the water well industry 25 years I received numerous questions and concerns about drillers and what to do after loosing $20K + on a bad well.
2. The public was risking tens of thousands of dollars being sold an intangible justified by false water witching stories from unscrupulous water well drillers.
3. Most of my clients find out about Radar Water Geophysics Inc. after they drilled a bad well.  Than they do their due diligence.
4. To assist the public from loosing tens of thousands of dollars and to avoid hours in a phone conversation the suggestion of a Public Service Announcement (PSA) was recommended to me.

Philosophy to state the truth.

California law:  Truth is the defense for slander.

• Knowledge of Ca. Law on slander was an indirect contribution from Paul Stehly.
• Water-Well-Info is only stating the actions of drillers.
• Truth and opinions are legal.
• The drillers OWN actions put themselves down if they wrong / mislead the public in a variety of ways.
• The public does not know the “Tricks of The Trade”, what to look out for.
• Due to Ca. law drillers shady action can now be Public Information, exposed.

Example of how a driller puts himself down, analogy:

• One can say that a person is a convicted child molester only if that person was convicted of child molesting.   Stating the truth.
• That persons’ action (child molestation) put himself down.
• When a well driller cheats / misleads the public, his bad action is putting himself down.

The driller’s “Tricks of The Trade.”, how he sells / and performs his service is now public knowledge which drillers resents.
