Fain  Drilling

Driller Ratings > San Diego >

Valley Center.

Rating # 7 to 7.5 maybe ??

Fain Drilling rating is based on experience and talent.

Correction in rating. Client asked about rating in reference to below statements.   They did not coincide.

“A child learns to crawl before it walks”.

Most all drillers have screwed up in one way or another but never correcting them selves of bad habits.

Fain Drilling has been improving somewhat with new management so if statements below do not in a way reflect the rating number. It’s because of an improvement with customer service.

Fain Drilling

For now, Fain is probably the better driller in San Diego & Riverside Counties.

As with all drillers you still have to watch them.

Fain drilling (Joe) drilling in the hills of Barona Ca.

Selected two (2) drilling targets, output No Water.

Today’s prices, around $70,000.00 price tag.

Two wells each totaling around 1600 feet in drilling depth.  That is 3200 feet of worthless drilling.

Blind site selection. Joe like most other drillers want you to believe that the driller knows where the water is.  Drills on witching targets.

Fain’s excuse for two dry wells was to blame the Indians in the valley for using their wells to much.

This Homeowner hired Radar Water’s services and drilled.

At 400 feet they hit water and homeowner was able to build his new home.

Many of your neighbors spent thousands like this guy relying on the driller's info/experience.  But was deceived to a degree.

Happens with most all well drillers.

They all sell an intangible and are good salesmen.

Vista, Ca.

Fain Drilling and Stehly Bros. stated to a parcel owner that Radar Water is only 50/50.  They did not acquire the job.

For them to use the same terminology, they had to conspire.  Are they really buddies?

See the Vista video, 4 out of 4 wells. Owner hired Radar Water’s recommendation.

2015, Escondido, 11 acres, 2 wells, $60,000.oo.  Combined maybe they can pump 10 gpm, but for how long???
