                              Don’t rely on - what the driller says or                       

Information that you should be aware of.

1. Like a turn key price for a house:

• First you need to know the depth of drilling.
• Than get a turn key price for a well hole to that depth.

1. GPM measurement:

• When you get a gpm measurement for yield make sure that the drill stem is penetrating into the earth throwing out tailings and water.
• Do not measure gpm in the morning, best is in the late afternoon prior to the drillers quitting for the day.

1. Never test for gpm in the morning, (Tricks of The Trade):

• 900 foot hole holes 900 gallons of water.
• At only 1 gpm, over night in 12 hours, that’s 720 gallons of seepage or more into the well.
• In the morning Driller CONTROLS air pressure to control the flow of water showing you 3, 5, maybe 20 gpm flow out of the 720 gallon volume.
• You happily pay him for the well hole and a pump system.
• When you try to fill up your tank, that’s when you know he took you for a fool.  After a few hours at 3 gpm the well pump turns off.

1. Pay only after your tank will fill up in one continuous pumping.
