December 5, 2015 Steve (has 20 acres in escrow, Ramona) stated that Chad mention that he has a very successful water witcher. The guy’s name is Dario.
From the Santa Isabel or Julian area.
Than Chad foolishly tells Steve that he drilled 4 dry holes in Ramona for one client.
That has to be a $100,000.oo lost.
It is probably obvious he used his witcher Dario on a few of those dry wells, if not all.
Chad recommended Dario to Terry, in Valley Center, 100 acres, in 2015.
The manager hired Dario than realized he made a mistake and terminated Dario.
