Valley Center, you decide on the rating after reading all driller’s ratings.

Rating is below #5.  Yes, very low.  Why, read all and see Stehly’s client relationship for closing the sale etc.  Review video and billing statements below.

Degree of honesty:  Extremely deceptive, dishonest, misleading.

Drilling ability:  Many crooked holes, pump problems etc.

Expensive.

There are just to many bad examples to post and too many complaints received.

When any driller corrects any bad judgment on their part, a referral form the public will be reviewed to be posted, fair and balanced ratings for the drillers to benefit the client.

What makes the Stehly Bros the prime example of a well driller is that they own around 800 acres of groves in Valley Center.  In 2014 their neighbor stated to Radar Water, Stehly turned off water on 200 acres of their groves.

If Stehly Bros. cannot find water for themselves, how can they find you water?  Their recommendation of a drilling target is Blind Drilling like most drillers.  Many of their wells go past 1000 feet in depth as with all other drillers.

Paul Stehly stated 2 main points;

  1. that they (Stehly’s) “do not make use for their own wells, the people that they recommend to the public”.
  2. the services that we recommend to the public “are not consistent”

Drilling Blindly:  Drillers want you to Drill Blindly for huge profits.

Stehly and some other companies states that  Radar Water’s computer has only a 50/50 (50%) accuracy to get you to Drill Blindly.   When drillers make false statements for profit, you can get a free wellRadar Water site has some videos that are very informative which be viewed prior to drilling a water well.

Here are prime examples that basically happens with most all drillers when they convince you to Drill Blindly.

True drilling experiences.

1)  Stehly Bros. drills crooked holes.

Paul phoned and complained to Radar Water in a harsh tone explaining their crooked holes are normal in well drilling.

     To justify Stehly Bros. crooked well drilling, Paul stated;

“Joe Fain drills crooked holes, all of the well drillers in San Diego and Riverside drill crooked holes”.

2)  Temecula Ca, Green Meadow Road off of Benton Road.

Stehly drilled to around 1200 or 1400 feet.

Placed sleeving in the hole, sleeving would not pass the 900 foot area, cleaned out the well, happened again, so they only placed 900 feet of sleeving in the well.

Another crooked hole.  It’s very bad for pumps.  Santiago's neighbor (Fallbrook) has many problems with his pump that Stehly works on.

3)  Hidden Valley Pump, well in Valley Center.

Asked Radar Water who drilled this well. Why?  I am having problems getting the pump in.  Reply, Stehly Bros. drilled it.

4)  Escondido, March 2014, Del Dios Hwy., across from Lake Hodges.

Shawn and Laura called for a water survey around March 2014.

Told the Stehly Bros. that they intend on receiving a water survey.

One of the Stehly Bros. stated to Laura that she did not need a water survey.

Stehly Brothers is one of those drillers that want you to drill blindly for big  $$$.

Laura called again in December 2014 just before Christmas and stated that Stehly Bros. drilled down to 1510 feet and no water.

That has to be around a $35,000.oo worthless well.

  1. Husband spoke to the employees at the 1510 foot depth, termination of drilling.
  2. Employees stated, no water.
  3. Next morning employees stated they have 2 gpm.
  4. Than later Laura was told that they had 5 gpm.
  5. My guess, Stehly wanted to get paid after advising Laura she did not need a water survey.            What is you opinion?
  6. Instances like this drillers give a 10% rebate.  They mislead the public and take $35K from them, giving back $3,500 to the homeowner makes the homeowner feel good that they were taken.
  7. Drillers do this all the time.  You can recover or receive a new well.

5)  Valley Center, Courser Canyon road.

Stehly Bros. convinced parcel owner that there was no current way to identify a drilling target.  Year 2015.

A general area was selected, drilled to 1000 feet, no water, $22,000.oo

Gone With The Wind.

Client stated that he is mad that Paul Stehly did not mention Radar Water prior to drilling.

Radar Water had stated to client that Stehly has 800 acres of groves and Father Nick Stehly, brother Joe and Paul requested services of Radar Water but Radar Water declined due to Stehly Bro. being dishonest / misleading to the public.

6)  Paul Stehly made an agreement with Mike Walsh, Pala, Ca.

See video and scroll over billing thumb nails soon to come.

Update:

Stehly Brothers initiated a law suite, homeowner contacted the attorney and stated that since Stehly’s drilled without pulling a permit, homeowner will contact the C-57 licensing Board.

2 ½ hours later homeowner received a call from the attorney, Stehly’s Brothers was forced to drop the lawsuit.

                                                            Initial Billing             $18,000.oo

7)  Stehly Brothers drilling for East West Trees.

East West Trees hired Radar Water after missing on the 2nd. Parcel.

8)  Stehly brothers drilling in Valley Center.  100 acre Avocado Grove.

Drilled 3 wells, one parcel.

Encouraged owner (who wishes to stay anonymous) to drill to 1510 feet.  WHY!  $$$
